Step 1:  For unmatched printing convenience, users can choose to print directly from their digital storage medium without using a PC.  The EPSON Stylus CX5900 features an extensive card slot bay and accepts a variety of the most common digital storage formats including SD Card, CompactFlash, MultiMediaCard, and many others.  For users with Pictbridge or other USB Direct Print enabled devices, the new AIO supports direct printing as well.

Step 2:  With a digital device connected to the EPSON Stylus CX5900 through a medium of your choice, users can preview their prints on the integrated 2" colour LCD screen.  Navigation through the list of images is intuitive with the panel of direct access buttons that are conveniently located alongside the LCD screen.  Once the preview is complete, simply select the images to be printed.

Step 3:  From the list of direct access buttons, just hit the 'Print' button and prepare to enjoy your printouts!

Apart from printing, scanning and copying operations are also accomplished easily.   With scanning resolutions of up to 1200dpi, documents and images can be captured and archived at crisp-sharp quality.  The copy function is likewise simple, users simply choose between black or colour copying by tapping on the corresponding one-touch button.

The EPSON Stylus CX5900's exciting PC-less printing feature is accompanied by the AIO's ability to print at remarkable speeds of up to 27 pages per minute for both colour and black text printouts.  For photo prints, (using the new Photo Draft mode) 4" x 6" prints can be ready within a mere 28 seconds.  In today's busy office and living environment, fast printing maximizes productivity and frees up time to allow you to do the more important things in life.

The EPSON Stylus CX5900 uses the breakthrough DURABrite Ultra inks.  These inks offer industry-leading standards for fade, smudge and water resistant prints.  DURABrite Ultra pigment inks are formulated with a special coat to insure prints against premature colour loss, print aging and guards against accidental liquid spills.  Regardless of paper type, DURABrite Ultra inks offer the same qualities of durability and light-fastness.  Prints remain impervious even when you run a highlighter across text.  This means unsurpassed versatility, as users can achieve great prints even on plain paper.  They may also choose from a range of specialty papers to suit their printing needs.
