Singapore, 16th February 2006 - Epson Singapore Pte Ltd, a subsidiary of the Epson Group, the world's leader in digital imaging solutions and printer manufacturing, is proud to be organising the Digital Darkroom Tour 2006, aimed at promoting digital imaging solutions for all levels of camera users including conventional users and pro-amateur photographers, who would like to obtain further knowledge on digital processes. The tour will take place across four countries in the region beginning in Indonesia, before proceeding to Thailand, Singapore and Malaysia.
During the tour, Epson will be aiming to create real-life scenarios using digital imaging products such as the Large Format Printers as high end output devices and consumer inkjets such as the PictureMate 100 as 4" x 6" output devices. Epson will also be promoting product upgrading for current users and to encourage non-users to purchase digital imaging products.
During the event on the 4th March at the Asian Civilisations Museum in Singapore, regional speaker Chris Yap, Epson Master Print Maker will be speaking about scanning, panoramic photography, portrait photography, black and white and fine art printing.
