Most documents from the Ministry of Finance are manuscripts without electronic files, and all are all urgent. With Epson Expression 1640XL, we do not have to type the words one by one. We simply need to scan the manuscripts into the computer and edit them with the OCR software. After layouting, we can directly print them with Epson AcuLaser C8600. This has improved our workflow significantly. In addition, Epson Expression 1640XL is capable of scanning multiple pages at a time. This feature further simplifies the workflow.

We manage 1,000 documents a month on average. The number of pages is different every documents. In some cases, we have a numerous documents to print. The process speed is our most concern. Especially, the automatic functions of Epson AcuLaser C8600 driver are quite helpful to us. Currently, black and white documents account for a larger percentage than color documents in our printing.
According to the development trend, the percentage of color printing will increase gradually. Epson printer will play a more important role then. We will enjoy much ore convenience and benefits it brings us in the future. If we need to purchase more equipment, we will still choose Epson products.
