The Team

The Silver Arrows first entered the Formula One World Championship in 1954- emerging victorious at the first attempt and repeating that feat in 1955. A period of almost forty years absence from the sport would follow, before Mercedes-Benz returned as an engine supplier in 1994 and then as a works outfit in 2010. Five years later, the MERCEDES AMG PETRONAS team would return the three pointed star to title-winning ways with both the Constructors’ and Drivers’ World Championships.
