Labour Fee collection for out of warranty Epson unit
With effect from 1st Aug 2023, labour fee for the assessment of the damage and repair works required will be
collected prior to commencement of any repair evaluation works.
(In the event of cancel repair quotation - labour charge is non-refundable)
Similarly, any additional costs for service requests beyond our standard warranty terms, such as onsite
services, will be collected prior to commencement of any services. These fees will be advised by our service
centre or contact centre personnel upon enquiry.
Mode of Payments
Payment for services is by cash, Paynow or Visa/Mastercard/NETS or interbank transfer.
On 28 July 2023, Monetary Authority of Singapore (MAS) has announced that all corporate cheques will be
eliminated by end-2025. With cheque usage in Singapore falling steadily, the cost of processing each cheque has
been rising where the banks will no longer be able to absorb those costs.
To align with this MAS initiative, we regret to inform that we are not accepting cheques with effect from 1
April 2024.
For Service Drop-offs, please refer customers to Epson Authorised Service Centre at the
following location.
