EPSON SINGAPORE RESPONSE TO COVID-19
In response to the latest Singapore Government’s risk assessment and guidance following the end of the Circuit Breaker period, Epson Singapore is adapting its practices to protect the health and well-being of our customers and staff at our Service Center.
Our Customer Service Center remains open and we will offer the following services but with limited resources :-
1. Repair Services
Walk-in repair service:
Mon to Fri: 10am to 5pm
Sat, Sun and Public Holidays: Closed
Onsite services are limited to customers who are running Essential Services, as defined by the government. Kindly refer to https://covid.gobusiness.gov.sg/essentialservices/ for more information on definition of Essential Services.
If you wish to arrange for a courier pick-up and delivery services, kindly contact us at 800-120556 from Mon to Fri, 9.00am - 6.00pm. Delivery charges are priced at SGD$40.00 for 2 way pickup and delivery support (cost excludes GST and will be incurred by the customer)
Should you choose to courier your item(s) to us, please include the following details on a piece of paper together with the faulty unit:
a. Customer Name
c. Mobile Contact Number
e. Product Model
f. Serial Number
g. Proof of purchase (photocopied receipt)

2. Remote Troubleshooting Services
We offer remote troubleshooting service via our toll-free Helpdesk at 800-1205564 from Mon to Fri, 9:00 am to 6:00 pm. For email support, please click here if you require clarifications.
3. Safety Measures at Customer Care Service Center
To ensure the safety of our staff and customers, we have put in place safety measures such as temperature screening and social distancing of 1m. Thank you for your patience and kind understanding during this difficult time.
