EPSON SINGAPORE'S RESPONSE TO COVID-19
Dear Valued Customers,
Due to the recent escalation of the Covid-19 Situation in Singapore, we have been advised by the relevant government authorities to implement stricter guidelines on safe distancing and also purposeful actions to stem the spread of the Covid-19 virus and it’s variants.
As such, we seek your understanding that our Customer Service team at the Epson Customer Care Centre will not be able to extend service support to customers who have a measured temperature of 37.5°C and above.
Please assist us to keep our customers, team members and more importantly Singapore safe during these difficult times.

Our Customer Service Center remains open and we will offer the following services but with limited resources :-
1. Repair Services
Walk-in repair service:
Mon to Fri: 9am to 5pm
Sat, Sun and Public Holidays: Closed
If you wish to arrange for a courier pick-up and delivery services, kindly contact us at 800-120-5564 from Mon to Fri, 9.00am - 6.00pm. Delivery charges are priced at SGD$40.00 for 2 way pickup and delivery support (cost excludes GST and will be incurred by the customer)
Should you choose to courier your item(s) to us, please include the following details on a piece of paper together with the faulty unit:
a. Customer Name
c. Mobile Contact Number
e. Product Model
f. Serial Number
g. Proof of purchase (photocopied receipt)
2. Remote Troubleshooting Services
We offer remote troubleshooting service via our toll-free Helpdesk at 800-1205564 from Mon to Fri, 9:00 am to 6:00 pm.
3. Safety Measures at Customer Care Service Center
To ensure the safety of our staff and customers, we have put in place safety measures such as temperature screening and social distancing of 1m. Thank you for your patience and kind understanding during this difficult time.
