EPSON SINGAPORE RESPONSE TO COVID-19
In response to the latest Singapore Government’s risk assessment and guidance following the end of the Circuit Breaker period, Epson Singapore is adapting its practices to protect the health and well-being of our customers and staff at our Service Centre.
Our Customer Service Centre remains open and we will offer the following services but with limited resources :-
a. Repair Services
i. For walk-in repair service
1. Mon to Fri: 10am to 5pm
2. Sat, Sun and Public Holidays: Closed
ii. Onsite services are limited to customers who are running Essential Services, as defined by the government. Kindly refer to https://covid.gobusiness.gov.sg/essentialservices/ for more information on definition of Essential Services.
iii. Customers can opt for a courier pick-up and delivery services priced at SGD$40.00 for 2 way pickup and delivery support (cost excludes GST and will be incurred by the customer)
1. Kindly contact Epson via our toll-free hotline or online feedback form to arrange for a courier pick-up and drop-off service
2. Should you choose to courier your item(s) to us, please include the following details on a piece of paper together with the faulty unit:
a. Customer Name
c. Mobile Contact Number
e. Product Model
f. Serial Number
g. Proof of purchase (photocopied receipt)
b. Redemption Service and Trade-in Promotion
i. Redemption for islandwide promotions and Trade-in Promotions (valid for promotions dated from 3rd April to 25th June 2020) will resume from 2nd June 2020 onwards, with appropriate safety measures put in place at Epson Customer Service Centre. To honour our promotion and to thank our customers for their support, we will extend the redemption till 31st July 2020
c. Launch of Online Redemption (NEW)
i. Online redemption for islandwide promotions (valid from 3rd Jul - 30th Aug 2020, with the last date of redemption as 14th Sept 2020). Customers can log in via https://www.sg-erewards.com/epson-redemption to access the portal. Please email email@example.com or contact 800-1205564 in the event you face any issues with the redemption
d. We offer remote troubleshooting service via our toll-free Helpdesk at 800-1205564 from 9:00 am to 6:00 pm, Mon to Fri.
