Regional Product Management Executive

Job Description :

Business Planning

  • Develop realistic business plan
  • Competitors analysis
  • Market share/size analysis
  • Product Analysis

Product Life Cycle Management

  • Develop pricing strategy for the region with full consideration of exchange rate, FDI and channel profitability
  • Develop products Value positions thru RTM/GTM planning
  • Ensure goods availability thru Forecast from market
  • Execute products programming thru both RTM and GTM planning cycle
  • Manage products phase in / phase out methodically

Marketing Strategies

  • Assets creation for E2E solutions for products
  • Develop full deck including sales kits / sales campaign / and channel kits for all 6 countries
  • Develop / execute products plan with all 6 countries timely

Preferred Candidates:

  • Degree in Marketing / Diploma in Marketing
  • Proficiency in MS Office Applications (Word, Excel, Powerpoint)
  • 2-3 years product management experience

Regional Data Analyst (Finance)

Job Summary

  • Data Analyst interprets data and turns it into information which can offer ways to improve a business, thus affecting business decisions
  • Data Analyst gathers information from various sources and interpret patterns and trends
  • Data Analyst’s job focus on the analytical nature of the role. Once data has been gathered and interpreted, the Data Analyst will report back what has been found in a comprehensive study to the wider business/relevant colleague
  • Data Analysts makes recommendations about the methods and ways in which a company obtains and analyses data to improve quality and the efficiency of data systems

Key Accountabilities

  • Defining new data collection and analysis processes

Requirements

  • At least 4 years of hands-on operation experience as data analyst

Account Executive

Job Summary

Responsible for selling Epson’s B2B hardware and software technology-based solutions to end users. Products and services include high speed inkjet printers, paper recycler (PaperLab), large format printers as well as related software solutions.

Key Accountabilities:

  • Analyses territory/account/market segment potential and target specific areas of opportunity
  • Ability to perform cold calls to build funnels, initiate contact with end users, determine needs, conduct demo and relevant sales presentations/proposals to close a sale
  • Develops selling strategies and maintains after-sale customer relationships
  • Completes all sales orders and required activity reporting, forecast, inventory planning, and other business reports
  • Achieves 100% of personal / team / division quota
  •  Achieve proficiency in product, software and promotion knowledge
  •  Completes all required paperwork in a timely and accurate manner, using system(s) provided by the company
  • Attends and completes all relevant meetings and trainings

Requirements:

  • Diploma in a relevant field or equivalent experience
  • At least 3 years of direct sales experience and customer account management
  • Proven track record of over-achieving sales quota
  • Excellent verbal, communications, and presentation skills
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
  • Ability to think out of the box, tenacious with a positive mindset
  • Knowledge for office automation (OA) industry, especially copier and high-speed production machines as well as OA relevant software
  •  Prior exposure to government / enterprise segment will be an added advantage 

Regional eCommerce Specialist(TM1)

Key Accountabilities

  • Develop and deliver holistic strategies to drive sales to regional marketplace channels such as Lazada and Shopee in all key markets – Singapore, Malaysia, Indonesia, Vietnam, Thailand, Philippines
  • Drive e-Commerce business growth by analyzing trends/opportunities, developing and implementing strategic and tactical programmes that leverages on those trends/opportunities
  • Drive technology and infrastructure enablement by developing and implementing roadmaps for online flagship store's functionality, visibility and sales conversion
  • Enhance e-Commerce customer experience. This includes the development of customer retention and loyalty programmes as well as the development and implementation of a robust service recovery framework.
  • Generate data-driven commercial insights
  • Develop a framework to manage authorised online partners and create clear standards for unmanaged online resellers
  • Proactively identify product, service and marketplace issues and resolve them accordingly
  • Manage the development, maintenance, and optimization of the regional online channels by working closely with the in-country representative(s)
  • Develop and implement regular reporting related to revenue, growth opportunities and other relevant metrics. Develop and share KPIs throughout organization
  • Develop an e-commerce playbook for use within the region, with constant revisions and updates
  • Identify product trends across all marketplace channels. Provide recommendations for the development of new products and categories to drive incremental sales growth
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to maintain and improve service metrics and customer experience as well as to improve internal processes to increase operational capacity

Job Requirements

  • Strong interpersonal skills to unite key stakeholders and partners
  • Ability to project manage and manage external agencies
  • Experience or knowledge in Enterprise CMS such as SAP Hybris and tools such as Tealium, Google Analytics
  • Atleast 3-4 years of relevant working experience in either an e-commerce marketplace (e.g. Shopee/Lazada/Amazon) or brand-focused business with back end experience of the marketplace platform
  • Prior experience in setting up flagship store or e-store will be an advantage
  • Bachelor's degree and above with good understanding of Website and E-Commerce systems, platforms, methodologies and best practices
 

 

Regional Digital Campaigns Specialist

Key Accountabilities

  • Support business growth through planning, execution and optimizing digital marketing campaigns in focused countries of SEA.
  • Increase brand awareness and support leads generation, customer acquisition and retention in collaboration with third party agencies and local distributors.
  • Grow revenue through e-Commerce: develop online stores, manage contents and campaigns to drive traffic to marketplace via the management of 3rd party agencies. In collaboration with sales and distributor to drive sales conversion, coordinate logistics if required.
  • Marketing content development and adaptation including marketing collaterals (brochures, manual, packaging etc.) for new and existing products in collaboration with the Product Management team, as well as write-ups for digital campaigns to drive traffic, engagement and leads generation.
  • Organize and manage projects and timelines according to processes established
  • Managed internal Business Unit stakeholders to ensure clarity of communication throughout campaign
  • Preferable: Able to adapt offline marketing collaterals and/or assets to digital format with strong design and UX elements

Job Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years of digital marketing and/or e-commerce experience in both B2B and B2C environments
  • Prior experience setting up and managing e-mail campaign workflows on Pardot and other e-mail marketing tools
  • Prior experience with Salesforce and Hubspot
  • Outstanding digital, innovative & creative mindset

  • Proven ability to work on multiple projects, digital marketing campaigns and on sales strategies with expected outcome
