Regional Product Management Executive

Job Description :

Business Planning

  • Develop realistic business plan
  • Competitors analysis
  • Market share/size analysis
  • Product Analysis

Product Life Cycle Management

  • Develop pricing strategy for the region with full consideration of exchange rate, FDI and channel profitability
  • Develop products Value positions thru RTM/GTM planning
  • Ensure goods availability thru Forecast from market
  • Execute products programming thru both RTM and GTM planning cycle
  • Manage products phase in / phase out methodically

Marketing Strategies

  • Assets creation for E2E solutions for products
  • Develop full deck including sales kits / sales campaign / and channel kits for all 6 countries
  • Develop / execute products plan with all 6 countries timely

Preferred Candidates:

  • Degree in Marketing / Diploma in Marketing
  • Proficiency in MS Office Applications (Word, Excel, Powerpoint)
  • 2-3 years product management experience
  • Highly-motivated, striving for excellence, sales results driven.
  • Ability to work with different culture for this regional role
  • Possess strong business acumen to support all 6 countries
  • Resourceful in information gathering and effective communication to all relevant parties

Regional Data Analyst (Finance)

Job Summary

  • Data Analyst interprets data and turns it into information which can offer ways to improve a business, thus affecting business decisions
  • Data Analyst gathers information from various sources and interpret patterns and trends
  • Data Analyst’s job focus on the analytical nature of the role. Once data has been gathered and interpreted, the Data Analyst will report back what has been found in a comprehensive study to the wider business/relevant colleague
  • Data Analysts makes recommendations about the methods and ways in which a company obtains and analyses data to improve quality and the efficiency of data systems

Key Accountabilities

  • Defining new data collection and analysis processes
  • Collecting and interpreting data
  • Analysing results
  • Reporting the results back to the relevant members of the business
  • Identifying patterns and trends in data sets
  • Working alongside teams within the business or the management team to establish business needs


  • At least 4 years of hands-on operation experience as data analyst
  •  Pursuing or completed relevant professional data analytic qualification or certification
  • Candidate with diploma/degree in Computer Science with accounting/business reporting knowledge will be a plus factor
  • Experience in data models and reporting packages
  • Experience in BI or BWH
  • Ability to analyse large datasets
  • Ability to write comprehensive reports
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • An analytical mind and inclination for problem-solving
  • Attention to detail
  • Pursue organizational compliance consistent with sound and high standard of conduct

Account Executive

Job Summary

Responsible for selling Epson’s B2B hardware and software technology-based solutions to end users. Products and services include high speed inkjet printers, paper recycler (PaperLab), large format printers as well as related software solutions.

Key Accountabilities:

  • Analyses territory/account/market segment potential and target specific areas of opportunity
  • Ability to perform cold calls to build funnels, initiate contact with end users, determine needs, conduct demo and relevant sales presentations/proposals to close a sale
  • Develops selling strategies and maintains after-sale customer relationships
  • Completes all sales orders and required activity reporting, forecast, inventory planning, and other business reports
  • Achieves 100% of personal / team / division quota
  •  Achieve proficiency in product, software and promotion knowledge
  •  Completes all required paperwork in a timely and accurate manner, using system(s) provided by the company
  • Attends and completes all relevant meetings and trainings


  • Diploma in a relevant field or equivalent experience
  • At least 3 years of direct sales experience and customer account management
  • Proven track record of over-achieving sales quota
  • Excellent verbal, communications, and presentation skills
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
  • Ability to think out of the box, tenacious with a positive mindset
  • Knowledge for office automation (OA) industry, especially copier and high-speed production machines as well as OA relevant software
  •  Prior exposure to government / enterprise segment will be an added advantage 

Regional IT Specialist (TM1)

Job Summary

  • Support users in the daily operational issues
  •  Gather requirements from users and provide appropriate solutions for new developments and/or modifications of existing solutions
  •  Support yearly audits
  • Perform the monthly server maintenance
  • Ensure smooth running of all scheduled jobs and interfaces with other systems

Key Accountabilities

  • Ensure the smooth performance and availability of TM1 servers
  • Provide viable solutions and meet the needs and requirements of users
  • Provide prompt operational support to users
  • Ability to analyse User Requirements and translate into technical specifications
  • Troubleshoot existing TM1 Turbo Integrator Processes and provide fixes
  • Map and document new and existing TM1 Models with Flow Charts
  • Enhance an existing TM1 model with proper documentations
  • Create new and enhance an existing TM1 Templates with Macro-VBA and Action Buttons
  • Do Unit Testing with documentations and create UAT script documents


  • Minimum 5 years relevant experience in Planning Analytics (2.0 & above)
  • Major in Information Technology, Computer Science and Computer Engineering or any Engineering Courses
  • Experience with participating in multiple and complex projects
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Able to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Knowledge in Agile Methodology, SDLC, Supply Chain Management, Business Forecast, Customer Services and Finance would be an added advantage
