Regional PR Specialist

Job Summary

• Support in executing brand and PR strategies and activities in the Southeast Asia region.
 

Key Accountabilities

• Work with PR agency and regional business units on product, corporate press releases, customer stories and thought leadership articles 
 
• Handle media enquiries and maintain good working relationships with journalists, influencers and media owners

Senior Regional Counsel - Team Lead/ Manager

Job Summary

• Providing all business and legal affairs support required by the business and corporate functions across the covered countries. This includes being a trusted and key advisor to the business - delivering first-hand and professional business and legal affairs support on matters of key strategic, financial and reputational importance to the business.
 
• The role will work closely with the Internal Audit department to manage, improve and control all legal activities to ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulatory requirements in Asia Pacific in general and in the covered countries in particular.
 

Key Accountabilities

1. Provide prompt legal advice and services in an efficient, value-added and approachable manner in alignment with customer priorities established by the Regional Management Team which includes (amongst others): 
 
• Draft, review and negotiate distribution, resale and vendor/supplier contracts;
 
• Review, draft and manage licenses / sales contracts on a daily basis in accordance with company policies and risk tolerance;
 
• Respond promptly to legal requests from internal clients across functional groups, summarizing and communicating legal concepts that business people can understand and apply;
 
• Advise on legal issues and risks related to compliance (e.g. around anti-bribery and data privacy), approval processes, company policies and procedures, IP and business strategy;
 
• Advise on labour-related matters;
 
• Identify and address risks and issues in the daily business operations to ensure a consistent Epson position in a manner consistent with the internal processes;
 
• Mitigate risk while fully appreciating the commercial opportunity presented by the transaction;
 
• Advise on IP and other issues related to brand protection;
 
• Educate the internal team as well as external business partners to ensure that they have the required understanding of, and ownership interest in, the various risks related to the business. 2. Provide corporate governance in an effective and efficient manner while meeting legal and statutory requirements as governed by the relevant law, including (among others):

Senior Regional Finance Executive

Job Summary

• Responsible for Advertising and Promotion (A&P) expense control, monthly closing and Controlling and Profitability Analysis (COPA), ensuring activities are carried out in compliance with Company policies, procedures, EFAS, FRS and JSOX.
 

Key Accountabilities

1. A&P Expense Control and Sales Rebates Verification  
 
• Responsible for A&P budget (10) control
 
• Monitor A&P expense budget and usage accuracy to ensure budget usage is under good control and do not exceed the approved budget.

Regional Business Development Executive (ColorWorks)

Job Summary

• The Regional Business Development Executive will be responsible for developing channel sales of Label Products focusing on the Indochina and emerging markets.
 
• This role will work in close collaboration with both our product marketing team and sales organisations to develop and execute sales strategy for products, services, and solutions including mobilizing strategies for new products, leading sales enablement efforts internally as well as externally, and supports relationship advancement opportunities within this key partnership, leveraging on Epson’s advantage.

Senior Regional HR Executive

Job Summary

• The incumbent will provide secretary support to the Regional Managing Director and HR support to HR department.
 

Key Accountabilities

• Provide full spectrum of secretarial and administrative support to the Regional Managing Director including expenses/claims management
