Regional Product Marketing Executive

Job Description :

Business Planning

  • Develop realistic business plan
  • Competitors analysis
  • Market share/size analysis
  • Product Analysis

Product Life Cycle Management

  • Develop pricing strategy for the region with full consideration of exchange rate, FDI and channel profitability
  • Develop products Value positions thru RTM/GTM planning
  • Ensure goods availability thru Forecast from market
  • Execute products programming thru both RTM and GTM planning cycle
  • Manage products phase in / phase out methodically

Marketing Strategies

  • Assets creation for E2E solutions for products
  • Develop full deck including sales kits / sales campaign / and channel kits for all 6 countries
  • Develop / execute products plan with all 6 countries timely

Preferred Candidates:

  • Degree in Marketing / Diploma in Marketing
  • Proficiency in MS Office Applications (Word, Excel, Powerpoint)
  • 2-3 years product management experience
  • Highly-motivated, striving for excellence, sales results driven.
  • Ability to work with different culture for this regional role
  • Possess strong business acumen to support all 6 countries
  • Resourceful in information gathering and effective communication to all relevant parties
  • Excellent listening skillsets to uncover/isolate challenges
  • Strong Team players
  • Multi-tasker and able to handle tight timeline and stress
  • Willing to travel

Account Executive

Job Description :

Identify vertical markets to sell Epson products

  • Hotels, HOWs (House of Worships like Churches, Mosques, Temples), Large Venues, Education, FSI

Prospect new clients through cold calling, networking and referrals. Direct engagement of end users is a must

Work closely with Sales team members and partners

Do sales/product presentation, perform product demo and where necessary, to provide solutions advice to end users

Administrative duties, including the collation & submission of reports

  • Produce weekly visitation plan & report
  • Update SFA on contacts and leads generated (pass lead to Team Lead who will follow through with their resellers)
  • Provide analysis on data collected
  • Ad-hoc reports

Provide and ensure excellent and professional customer satisfaction for all engagements

Requirements

  • A polytechnic graduate, conversant in English, Mandarin and a dialect
  • 2 years' experience selling to end users
  • Energetic, passionate and comfortable with customer facing
  • Exposure to IT products, especially projectors or printers, is preferred
  • Possession of a driving license is preferred
