Regional Product Management Executive

Business Planning

  • Manage the relevant Business Unit in the area of Product Marketing to effectively ensure achievement of the Business

  • Responsible for managing and implementing marketing activities through research, strategic planning and implementation.

  • To provide necessary marketing support to Epson’s Regional Sales Companies to ensure achievement of sales targets and other deliverables. 

Key Accountabilities

  • Work closely with regional sales companies to achieve sales and other set targets 

  • Monitor regional offices’ Sell-in/Sell-out/Sell-Through region-wise/channel type to ensure healthy sales and inventory situation.

  • Monitor market activities and data (internal derived and syndicated) region wise / category wise for Epson/competition market share.  

  • Conduct market Research, translate key competitor, consumer and technology trends into sound business decisions

  • Understanding consumer needs and behavioural patterns to identify appropriate products/services for different segments

  • Define product strategy and influence product road map

  • Manage product life cycle

  • Develop and adapt pricing strategy based on internal and external trends

  • Formulate appropriate Go-To-Market strategies

  • Provide support to regional offices by way of product training, business support and channel/business strategy

  • To plan all support activities with effective return on investment on money spent 

  • Work closely with Regional Marcom team to roll out effective communication to market/end users.

 

Regional eCommerce Specialist

Key Accountabilities

  • Develop and deliver holistic strategies to drive sales to regional marketplace channels such as Lazada and Shopee in all key markets – Singapore, Malaysia, Indonesia, Vietnam, Thailand, Philippines

  • Drive e-Commerce business growth by analyzing trends/opportunities, developing and implementing strategic and tactical programmes that leverages on those trends/opportunities

  • Drive technology and infrastructure enablement by developing and implementing roadmaps for online flagship store's functionality, visibility and sales conversion

  • Enhance e-Commerce customer experience. This includes the development of customer retention and loyalty programmes as well as the development and implementation of a robust service recovery framework.

  • Generate data-driven commercial insights

  • Develop a framework to manage authorised online partners and create clear standards for unmanaged online resellers

  • Proactively identify product, service and marketplace issues and resolve them accordingly

  • Manage the development, maintenance, and optimization of the regional online channels by working closely with the in-country representative(s)

  • Develop and implement regular reporting related to revenue, growth opportunities and other relevant metrics. Develop and share KPIs throughout organization

  • Develop an e-commerce playbook for use within the region, with constant revisions and updates

  • Identify product trends across all marketplace channels. Provide recommendations for the development of new products and categories to drive incremental sales growth

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to maintain and improve service metrics and customer experience as well as to improve internal processes to increase operational capacity

Job Requirements

  • Strong interpersonal skills to unite key stakeholders and partners

  • Ability to project manage and manage external agencies

  • Experience or knowledge in Enterprise CMS such as SAP Hybris and tools such as Tealium, Google Analytics

  • Atleast 3-4 years of relevant working experience in either an e-commerce marketplace (e.g. Shopee/Lazada/Amazon) or brand-focused business with back end experience of the marketplace platform

  • Prior experience in setting up flagship store or e-store will be an advantage

  • Bachelor's degree and above with good understanding of Website and E-Commerce systems, platforms, methodologies and best practices

 

Regional Supply Chain Executive

Job Summary

  • Lead for ensuring of trade compliance (STC), import/export regulatory, FTA determination in SEA region

  • Lead for chemical safety aspect for product compliance

  • Analyse supply chain data to provide updated/meaningful report/insight for improvement actions

  • Project leadership of the supply chain function at ESP to deliver cost effective, high quality and business compliant department.

  • Lead for ensuring that all dept regulations/processes/workflow are up to date, including conducting training and audit

Key Accountabilities

  • Ensure all trade compliance, regulations and chemical status are updated/followed to achieve zero incident

  • Ensure all related analysis are completed/reported on time with proposed action items for deviation

  • Ensure projects which are tasked are followed up and completed smoothly & on time

  • Ensure that all dept regulations/processes/workflow are update to date

  • Establish, implement and provide SEC defined corporate compliance training, facilitate STC/BCP audit process in partnering regional ESCs management to tailor and drive internal control policies and procedures.

Key Job Requirements

Job / Skills Competencies

  • Strong trade compliance, regulatory experience & understanding within ASEAN & Pakistan regulatory organisations

  • Strong analytical skills & experience in using BI tool

  • Able to work effectively in teams within department and cross function to achieve positive outcomes

  • Facilitation & leadership skills essential in driving consistent practices within department/cross function

  • Project skills to implement project smoothly & on time

Critical Work Experience

  • Expert knowledge of trade compliance (STC), import/export and regulatory compliance management in ASEAN/Pakistan.

  • Minimum 3-5 years of project management, Supply Chain operations experience in Hi Tech industry.

  • Strong knowledge of all or some supply chain functional areas including but not limited to supply and demand planning, customer service, warehouse and logistics.

  • Working knowledge of computerized ERP environment, preferably SAP system.

  • Strong skills in MS office & BI tool

Qualifications

  • Degree /diploma in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business or equivalent.

Regional Pre-Sales Engineer

Regional Pre-sales engineer to support all technical aspects related to the products, including activities to support sales and marketing of the products, training of regional pre-sales team and partners, development and evaluation of products to provide clear differentiation and  communications to the market and involvement in activities to develop and groom partners to achieve sales target and objectives. 

Key Accountabilities 

  • To provide pre-sales technical support and to assist customers on technical matters by proposing solutions and technical support to system integrators, developers and end-users. 

  • To handle project management for solution i.e. to handle projects and coordination among divisions by communicating with our regional sales companies and Japan head office. 

  • To manage and support system integrator i.e. to plan and conduct technical workshop including programming, on-site technical support and provide feasible solutions/advice. 

  • To engage with end user i.e. to visit and propose solutions by presentation and demonstration of our products, and understand customer’s requirements and needs through effective communication. 

  • To be involved in product launch which includes planning and conducting product training, consultation to Product Managers regarding specs and technology and to perform market surveys in order to identify local market trends and needs. 

  • To prepare presentation and demonstration materials for above-mentioned activities for new and existing corporate and government customers and system integrator on business product range and new product. 

  • To conduction evaluation on main units, medias and competitors’ products, and to share results on products’ differentiators. 

  • Provide administrative support in areas of event co-ordinations, documentations follow ups, reporting, product procurement/supply co-ordination thereby contributing to the achievement of sales target

  • Must have software development experience. 

  • Must be willing to travel and meet customer.

Critical Work Experience

  • At least 2 years of working experience in the related field. 

  • Preference will be given to those who have experience in firmware/software development

Regional PR & Marcom Specialist

Job Summary

  • Support in executing brand and PR strategies and activities in the Southeast Asia region.

  • Develop marketing communications and execute events/webinars for key business units.

Key Accountabilities

  • Work with PR agency and regional business units on product, corporate press releases, customer stories and thought leadership articles

  • Handle media enquiries and maintain good working relationships with journalists, influencers and media owners

  • Press coverage tracking for corporate and products

  • Support and manage all internal communications and speech writing

  • Develop and manage communications policies and procedures for Southeast Asia region

  • Plan and execute corporate branding and sustainability communications and activities

  • Work with regional business units to develop marketing communications assets and organise product launch events/webinars

  • Guide local marketing teams in planning and implementing marketing activities

  • Work with various agencies to ensure effective and efficient brand communications

  • Manage vendors to ensure expenses are kept within approved budget and deliverables adhere to brand guidelines and given timeline

  • Support regional stakeholders on marketing campaign optimisation and reporting

  • Regional/local PR network with direct connections to journalists and influencers

  • Ability to demonstrate exceptional writing and analytical skills, including experience in drafting and editing press materials with emphasis on technical writing

  • Solid project managements experience in managing multiple projects to meet tight deadlines

Critical Work Experience

  • At least 3 years’ experience in running successful communications and marketing campaigns
