Singapore, 29 May 2023 – Today, Epson Southeast Asia and Bizmann System are pleased to announce a strategic solutions partnership to bring sustainable solutions to end users in Singapore and Malaysia. This partnership will augment the existing collaboration between Epson Southeast Asia Regional Headquarters and Bizmann System, a leading provider of business process management consultancy services and software solutions. With Epson’s Heat-Free printing solutions and the Green Business Process Management (BPM) offering by Bizmann, the partnership reaffirms both organisations’ commitment in driving sustainable solutions. 

 

The partnership is centred around the integrated solutions encompassing Bizmann’s Green BPM and Epson’s sustainable business inkjet range. Epson and Bizmann have also jointly developed a single subscription service that simplifies printing for end users in decentralised offices, allowing them to print from multiple devices and locations.

 

Epson and Bizmann have enabled organisations in practising responsible technology consumption. Through this partnership, a leading logistics company based in Singapore has successfully digitalised their work processes with the implementation of Green Business Process Management integrated with Epson’s Heat-Free business inkjet printers. Despite being in a resource-intensive industry, the logistics company has emerged as a forerunner to go beyond improving work processes and incorporating sustainability practices into various aspects of its business. The Singapore-based company has adopted Epson’s Heat-Free business printers and witnessed a significant reduction in paper and energy consumption, saving 50,000 pieces of paper per month and reducing more than 85 percent of electricity consumption. This demonstrates the impact that sustainable solutions can have on business processes and the environment.
