The L-5034 features Epson’s advanced PrecisionCore printhead technology, delivering 1200 x 1200 dpi resolution in a single pass. Expect ultra-sharp text, fine lines, and smooth gradients, ideal for even the most detail-critical jobs.

Robust Frame
The robust frame narrows the distance between the platen and the print head, enabling high-precision 1200 dpi ink drop placement contributing to high image quality and productivity.

Newly developed AQ T5 aqueous inks and optimiser
The newly developed SurePress aqueous T5 series ink inherits the texture of offset printing and fixability on a wide range of substrates with high-performance resin. The advanced six-colour ink set, CMYK plus Orange and Green, delivers outstanding colour gamut and wide Pantone coverage with high reproductibility of spot colours.
The new AQ optimiser is applied in-line, just prior to jetting the coloured inks. This unique base-coat prevents ink drops from spreading or deforming, to produce fine lines and sharp text at higher print speeds. Compatible with an expanded range of paper and film substrates, ensuring labels are printed with exceptional image quality and vivid colours.

Automatic Nozzle Compensation
Epson's unique Nozzle Verification Technology (NVT) monitors the nozzle status in real time. If missing nozzles are detected, high-speed image processing is immediately executed to compensate just before the printing pass without stopping production, resulting in lesser print waste, lesser downtime and higher production throughput. Printhead units can be exchanged quickly, while the inline scanner enables automatic calibration and a swifter or speedier return to production.
