Higher Productivity Performance

8 MicroTFP Printheads
The SC-F20030 integrates eight 4.7-inch bandwith MicroTFP printheads arranged horizontally to deliver high-speed production with consistent 600×600 dpi quality even at level 1 pass mode. Achieving up to approximately 300 sqm/hr, enabling breakthrough productivity for industrial dye-sublimation workflows.

Integrated Dryer
The integrated dryer has a maximum heating temperature of 110°C, controlled effectively by both front and back heaters. The dryer system eliminates unwanted ink transfers and wrinkling issues during printing, empowering high-speed printing.

Advanced Auto Tension Control System
High paper feeding accuracy ensures consistent print quality across a wide range of media. Advanced auto tension control synchronizes feed and roll drive motors to deliver stable, precise media handling regardless of roll weight, diameter, or material variation.

High Reliability and Uptime Maximisation

Bulk Ink Supply System
The 10L bulk ink supply with hot-swap support enables long, uninterrupted production runs. Automatic ink switching allows empty packs to be replaced while the printer is still operating.

User Self-Repair Function
Specific parts such as the printhead and anti-drying cap can be replaced by users themselves, resulting in faster printer recovery and minimisation of downtime.

Epson Cloud Solution PORT
Epson Cloud Solution PORT is a cloud-based solution for Epson end users. This software provides users with the status of the connected printers and alerts users if troubleshooting is required. The Production Monitor allows users to visualise printer operational status anytime, anywhere, from their PC or smart devices.

Jumbo Roll Option
To better facilitate users' needs for high-production capabilities, the F11030 now comes with a Jumbo Roll option. With the Jumbo Roll option, themaximum weight capacity has increased to 300kg and the maximum media diameter has increased to 500mm. Enabling users to print continuously while reducing the frequency to change out the media rolls.
