Our office and solution centers are designed to embody Epson’s values, optimize team collaboration, and build relationships while showcasing how our products and technologies can help transform business communities locally and across the region.

The workspace incorporates technologies that enable employees to work in a hybrid environment with agility and peace of mind. Scalable meeting rooms, inclusive spaces and modern communications are introduced to keep employees up to date with what is happening throughout the organization and around the world.

Consisting of five zones - the Experience Zone and Engagement Zone for customers, and the Collaboration Zone, Focus Zone and Social Networking Zone for our employees, these activity zones are connected via multiple digital platforms, thus ensuring a connection to customers, partners, and colleagues across physical and virtual boundaries.

The five zones highlight our commitment to driving B2B transformation and workplace agility whilst advocating sustainability through the way we work, the products that we create and how we contribute to the communities that we live and work in.
 
 

Corporate Solution Center

At our level 4 Corporate Solution Center, business partners and customers can experience firsthand our innovations in printing, visual communications and even Epson’s very own automated paper-making system, PaperLab.

Industry Solution Center

At our level 1 Industry Solution Center, future-forward and segment-defining Robotics solutions as well as Commercial & Industrial products are showcased, setting the bar high for workplace automation and digitalization.

Customer Care Center in Singapore

At the new Epson Customer Care Center (ECCC) located at Interlocal Centre, we are better able to interact closely with our customers and respond to their product concerns. We strive to make the process as seamless as possible for our customers, keeping them informed of their repair status in order to deliver a smooth and holistic experience.

Overall, the SEA headquarters at Alexandra Technopark represents our commitment to creating new value for our customers and providing our employees with the resources and platforms they require in order to excel and to exceed expectations.

By Car
Using AYE exit at Exit 2A (Keppel Road), stay on West Coast Highway, exit left (Alexandra Road/Pasir Panjang road). Keep right on Pasir Panjang road. Right turn onto Alexandra road. Turn Left into ATP.

By Public Transportation
